 I offer spots well into the evening and night so you do not have to compromise between what is important to you. Let us heal together, outside of the mundane and tedious hours. Ready to help you heal in the moments when we feel the isolation the most.


I use an eclectic mix of Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Beyond that, I utilize a holistic approach that embodies empathy and am always engaged in continuing my education as I am dedicated to growth in my own practice.
